SNOWYES TECHNOLOGY

Engineered Warmth for Real Winter

SNOWYES heated gear combines 7.4V heating systems, targeted heating zones, rechargeable battery power, adjustable temperature control, and product-specific construction to deliver practical warmth for skiing, commuting, outdoor work, winter play, and everyday cold-weather use.

01

7.4V Heating System

Across the SNOWYES heated collection, our products use dedicated 7.4V heating systems designed to balance heat output, runtime, portability, and comfort.

  • Composite-fiber heating elements in gloves and socks
  • Carbon-fiber heating elements in heated vests
  • Product-specific wattage based on heating area and intended use
02

Targeted Heating Zones

Heat is positioned around the areas that need it most instead of using a one-size-fits-all heating layout.

  • Glove liners: back of hand and fingers
  • Kids ski gloves: back of hand, fingers, and fingertips
  • Ski socks: 360° forefoot heating around sole, toes, and top of foot
  • Adult vests: abdomen, neck, upper back, and lower back
  • Kids vests: front abdomen and back
  • Heated hat: both ear areas
03

Adjustable Heat Control

SNOWYES products use multiple heat levels so warmth can be adjusted according to weather, activity level, and personal preference.

  • Most products feature High, Medium, and Low settings
  • Temperature ranges vary by product category
  • Selected vests support independently controlled heating zones
  • Battery-display controls make remaining power easier to monitor
04

Battery Systems Built Around the Product

We do not use the same battery configuration across every product. Battery capacity is matched to the size, heating area, and weight requirements of each product category.

  • 1350mAh batteries for lightweight kids gloves and socks
  • 2200mAh batteries for adult glove liners and ski socks
  • 3000mAh batteries for kids vests and heated hats
  • 6000mAh batteries for adult heated vests

Long-Lasting Heat, Built for Different Needs

Runtime depends on the product, selected heat level, ambient temperature, and usage conditions. Our product range is designed around different use cases, from lightweight kids gear to all-day ski socks and multi-zone heated vests.

9–10 hrs Heated glove liners on Low
14–15 hrs Adult heated ski socks on Low
12–13 hrs Kids heated vests on Low with all zones
Up to 16 hrs Heated hat on Low

Technology Designed Around Each Product

Gloves, socks, vests, and hats perform differently in winter conditions, so their heating systems, materials, battery capacities, and structures are designed differently too.

Heated Gloves & Liners

Composite-fiber heating covers key hand areas, while selected models use touchscreen-compatible fingertips, slim brushed fabrics, velvet lining, waterproof zippers, and external battery pockets.

Heated Ski Socks

360° forefoot heating surrounds the sole, toes, and top of the foot. Support zones, cushioning, arch structures, ventilation, and carefully positioned battery pockets are designed for use inside ski and winter footwear.

Heated Vests

Carbon-fiber heating elements create multiple heating zones across the torso. Selected adult and kids models use dual-zone controls so users can manage front and back warmth separately.

Kids Heated Gear

Kids products use lighter battery systems, kids-specific sizing, dedicated heating layouts, and practical features such as adjustable closures, anti-loss straps, and lightweight battery storage.

Heating Control & Battery Display

Selected SNOWYES products use battery-display switches that make it easier to check remaining charge and choose a suitable heat level without guesswork.

Materials Built for Winter Use

Depending on the product, SNOWYES uses stretch fabrics, velvet linings, TPU waterproof structures, cushioning knits, support zones, graphene-blend fabrics, and water-resistant outer materials to balance warmth and comfort.

Warmth Without Ignoring Comfort

Heating is only one part of winter performance. SNOWYES products also focus on fit, movement, insulation, breathability, cushioning, battery placement, and ease of use.

Designed to Move

Stretch structures, shaped knitting, adjustable wrists, support zones, and product-specific fit help reduce unnecessary bulk and keep the product comfortable during active winter use.

Protection Where It Matters

Depending on the model, features may include TPU waterproof layers, water-resistant outer fabrics, insulated linings, reinforced palms, cushioning zones, and protected battery compartments.

Designed with Compliance in Mind

Certification and compliance documentation vary by product and market. Depending on the model, SNOWYES products may include certifications or compliance documentation such as:

FCC CE UKCA RoHS GCC CPC
